Are you candle chemical-free?
Absolutely, Zaira candles are made from 100% soy wax (AA+ grade quality), lead-free cotton wicks, and IFRA certified premium fragrance. No paraffin, no toxins. Just clean, slow burning light.
Can I order unscented candle?
Yes, if you want to order unscented candle, please add a note while placing the order. It might take 1-2 days in dispatching order as
unscented candle will be hand-poured only on request.
Do you offer gift packaging?
Yes, please reach out to us in contact us page. We can customize the packaging as per request which will be charged additional.
We also offer personalized handwritten notes- just leave your message in the order notes.
Can I order in bulk for events or gifting?
Absolutely. Whether it's a wedding, corporate gift, or celebration, we’d love to be part of it. Reach out to us via WhatsApp or email for custom orders.
When will my order dispatches and How I can track my order?
Orders are dispatched within next working day. Once it is dispatched from warehouse, you will get the tracking details on WhatsApp and email.
Which shipping partner do you use?
We use trusted shipping partners like Delhivery, DTDC, BlueDart, Expressbees, Amazon Express Delivery, etc. We currently deliver to all serviceable pincodes across India.
What’s your return policy?
Since each piece is carefully hand-poured and quality-checked, we generally do not accept returns. However, if your candle arrives damaged, we’ll make it right.
